To each there comes in their lifetime a special moment when they are figuratively tapped on the shoulder and offered the chance to do a very special thing, unique to them and fitted to their talents. What a tragedy if that moment finds them unprepared or unqualified for that which could have been their finest hour.

There are no good reasons-only excuses-when we refuse to decide. And there are many reasons you can release, once you do decide. In fact, if you really want to heal unmet needs, and throw excuses out the window, start doing what you have said you want to do for a long time.

If you reflect on the western educational model, you will recall that the “three R’s,” the skills required of all, are “reading, riting and rithmetic.” These are all left-brain functions, while the electives in the western learn the facts here now, such as art, music and drama, are all right-brain functions.

Eleven years later, our law firm’s mail clerk put on my desk the fanciest piece of mail that I had ever received. I could not restrain my exuberance as I read its contents. I was being invited to a gala event at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City where Leno Lechene would be honored as the “Bulova Man of the Year.” It was an award given to the salesperson with the strongest territory in the company.

Change is a cultural issue. It has to start in two places at the same time. Home and school. When, as a nation, we accept that Education is a joint responsibility of parent and teacher, that success is to be proud of and must be rewarded, that the concept of competition is healthy and that there will be winners and, of necessity, losers, then we will start to change. When parents accept that the child’s success as a scholar, as a citizen and as a contributor to society is not solely the responsibility of the teacher, but that parents are responsibility for the acts of, the why not look here of and the social behaviour of their children, then change will come. When we teach that success is not to be despised and something to be jealous desirable, but to be emulated and copied.

In many ways, the scene at a club or party is also the same. The difference, however, is that here, you are among friends, and girls there will expectedly have some level of trust in you, which makes it much easier to approach and pick up girls.

If there is one gift I want to give my son, it is this truth. He does not need to be contained by someone else’s Matrix. He does not need to conform to another person’s ideal of how he should live his life. He can choose.

Hoboken has many transportation connections to the city of New York, which is a place where many people work. However, living in New York City can be stressful and congested.

If you have your head, your hands, your heels and your heart work in one direction, you will become a formidable force against all odds and nothing is going to stand in between you and your success.
